If you'd like to protect multiple PCs, simply sign up for multiple subscriptions.

Every subscription comes with one license for the NovaBACKUP PC Agent, 1TB of cloud storage in the NovaBACKUP Cloud, free upgrades as long as the subscription is active, as well as email and telephone support.

To protect your Windows Server or hypervisor, you need one NovaBACKUP Server Agent subscription.

If you'd like to protect multiple servers, simply purchase multiple subscriptions.

Each subscription includes a license for the NovaBACKUP Server Agent, 250 GB of cloud storage in the NovaBACKUP Cloud (you can add more cloud storage during the sign-up process), all features to protect your file servers, applications, databases and hypervisors, free upgrades as long as the subscription is active, and email and phone support.

We offer several options - from pay-as-you-go to bucket models - depending on your business model. All options include centralized management, cloud storage, agents to back up your customers' PCs, servers, VMs, applications, and more, plus premium support and all upgrades and updates.

Subscriptions give you access to our data protection solutions, upgrades, and technical support.

You can sign up for an annual subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund or credit for any amounts that have already been billed.

Once the subscription period expires, the software will be deactivated and any data stored in our cloud will be deleted. Once the subscription has expired, it can't be reactivated and any data stored in the NovaBACKUP Cloud can't be restored.

Cleverbridge is our payment provider that we use for most of our solutions. Cleverbridge handles payment, billing, and subscription management on our behalf.
