NovaBACKUP Return Request
If you have purchased a NovaBACKUP product within the last 30 days and wish to request a refund for the software, please fill out the form and allow 7 to 10 business days for your return request to be processed.
Please note that once a return is processed, it can't be undone.
After your NovaBACKUP license return has been processed, your license may no longer work, all data stored in the NovaBACKUP Cloud will be deleted, and you won't have access to upgrades and our support.
