We recently added a dedicated technical support resource who is readily available to answer all of your questions.
We want to be there for you when you are working with a client and just need to be able to get help on the fly when and where you need it, without waiting in a queue. We refer to it as, "Red Phone" support, and we're happy to provide this service to all of our Certified Partners.
